Link Solutions is seeking a System Administrator (Associate-Level) to join our team in Clarksburg, WV.Must be a US Citizen Secret Clearance requiredNon-remote (relocation incentive available)The System Administrator will provide IT support at the Clarksburg Local Network Enterprise Center (LNEC) in support of the Biometric Operations Department (BOD). This role ensures uninterrupted operations across Army Information Technology Portfolio (AITP) systems, including NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and Mission System Environments, enabling biometric identification capabilities for Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational partners aligned with the National Defense Strategy.Our System Administrator will be responsible for providing IT support services, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) policies to uphold operational readiness and mission success.Job Responsibilities: Manage Windows Server environments and support Active Directory, Group Policy, and MECM operations. Install and configure operating systems and software updates following Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). Perform system patching, PowerShell scripting, and release management activities. Provide IT services support and troubleshooting for hardware and software across different network environments. Schedule and maintain system backups, ensuring data/media recoverability and integrity. Collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to support remediation, patching, and vulnerability scanning efforts.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
