Description We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Hopewell, Virginia. In this role, you will primarily support the VP, handle travel arrangements, manage office requirements, and maintain effective communication within the team. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the VP of FPNA and Procurement VP Handle travel arrangements including booking trips Manage office requirements including maintaining the coffee machine and other essential amenities Coordinate and order lunch for team meetings Answer inbound calls and maintain detail-oriented email correspondence Deliver excellent customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records Schedule appointments and meetings as needed Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word effectively for administrative tasks Manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills and patience. Proven experience in providing high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. Ability to swiftly and accurately perform data entry tasks, ensuring attention to detail. Proficient in managing email correspondence, demonstrating strong written communication skills. Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, showcasing excellent multitasking abilities. Mastery of Microsoft Excel, showcasing the ability to efficiently manage and manipulate data. Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and contacts. Knowledgeable in creating and editing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Ability to draft, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word. Proven experience in scheduling appointments, demonstrating excellent organizational skills. Ability to effectively book travel arrangements, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to schedules.
