Req ID: RQ196604Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: SecretPublic Trust/Other Required: OtherJob Family: Supply ChainSkills:Logistics Support,Procurement,Supply Chain,Supply Chain LogisticsCertifications:Certified Supply Chain Specialist - DPASExperience:3 + years of related experienceUS Citizenship Required:YesJob Description:Supply Technician IIPerforms clerical and manual tasks to maintain an inventory of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.Professional experience in Navy Integrated Logistics Support and System Life Cycle Support areas of the DoD/Navy Integrated Logistics Support System.Experience should include each of the following Navy ILS Components in support of a major shipboard system; Maintenance Planning, Manpower, Personnel & Training, Supply Support, Test Equipment Support, Technical Logistical Data, Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation, Design & Installation.Assist with the procurement, receipt, storage, issuing, shipment, property control, inventory, and recordkeeping for a wide variety of assets to include, but not limited to, the following: property, equipment, services, forms, parts and supplies.Performs supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and warehouse distribution.Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels throughout the production cycle of the organization's product, including pulling or replenishing inventory to satisfy organization needs.Support the planning and implementation of supply chain optimization projects under limited supervisionIdentify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up on supply, logistics and warehouse problems that may occurEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: AA/AS or equivalent, 1+ years of experience, Must be able to obtain Secret clearanceThe likely hourly rate for this position is between $25.50 - $34.50. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
