You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls, throughout your entire shift, from customers while navigating through multiple systems. You may also be asked to perform back office duties, such as, but not limited to, processing claims, filing paperwork, etc. Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous customer service and/or call center experience

Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency

Excellent communication skills

Extensive experience with typing and keyboarding

Great problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively multi-task

High school diploma or GED

Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred

Willing to work a shift between the hours of 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday

Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program

Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test (THC included), background check may potentially include employment and education verification

Must be 18 years of age or older

Have a dedicated workspace, and be able to pass a workspace inspection during the interview.
