Description We are offering a role for a Customer Success Specialist in Chesapeake, Virginia. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellent service within the telecom industry. As a Customer Success Specialist, your main duties will revolve around providing top-notch customer service, handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and actively reaching out to customers to ensure their needs are met.Responsibilities: Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls. Efficiently handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude. Actively listen to customers to ensure they feel heard and understood. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently with a one-call resolution approach. Schedule appointments with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service. Proactively reach out to customers during low call volumes to offer assistance and promote services. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency. Use CRM, Database, Microsoft Excel for client relations and complaint handling to improve customer satisfaction. Requirements Possess at least 1 year of experience in a customer success or similar role Proficient in using CRM and database systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent client relations skills Experience in handling customer complaints effectively Proven track record in achieving customer satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team High level of professionalism and integrity Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
