Smaller Construction company looking for Two good guys for FULL TIME W-2 employment Currently looking to fill two positions. one being a LEAD carpenter/ foreman and the other being a skilled carpenter
Both positions must meet the following requirements:
Must have drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work everyday
Must be able to be on site in the morning at 10 min to 7:00am ready to start work at 7
Must be able to work a full 40 hr week every week, as this a full time position.
Must take pride in your work and have attention to detail, and not walk away from something that is not done right.
must have own tool belt and carpenter hand tools.
NON smokers go to the top of the list
Must not be afraid of heights I do not need ground men you will have to go up on scaffolding, ladders, and roofs.
LEAD CARPENTER/ FOREMAN
This job is for a working LEAD carpenter. you must still be able to climb ladders, work on roofs, scaffolding and not be afraid of heights.
Must have extensive knowledge in residential framing and siding
Must be able to run at least a three man crew and be able to make decisions and get the job done right
Must have at least 10 yrs experience in residential carpentry
Must be able to read and understand blue prints and layout walls.
SKILLED CARPENTERS HELPER
To be considered for this position you must be able to cut, labor, build walls, and follow directions.
