We are looking for a part-time Float Representative (full-time potential in the future). Must be able to work evenings and weekends. This position includes cleaning float tanks and float tank rooms. Rooms need to be flipped in between floats all day in a timely manner. Cleaning and maintaining lounge, restrooms and sauna, laundry, answering phones, scheduling appointments and greeting customers at front desk, showing and explaining services and checking customers out.
Ideal AquaFloat candidates would be knowledgeable of floating, massage, and sauna and be able to communicate well with others. Candidates must be positive, professional, personable, self-motivated, and punctual. Attention to detail, good time management, customer service, problem solving, computer skills and customer service experience is preferred.
Duties include:
- Greeting customers at front desk, showing and explaining services and checking customers out
- Float room and tank cleaning and maintenance
- Cleaning and maintaining lounge, restrooms and saunas
- Answering and responding to emails and phone calls
- Laundry
- Scheduling appointments for multiple services
Starting pay of $10/hr. with room for growth after 90-day trial period. Perks of complimentary floats and sauna usage!
