Applicants are encouraged to work at our home office location in Charlottesville, Virginia. However, Skeo is willing to consider remote work arrangements for well-qualified candidates.

Elements of this work will include:

Managing an established body of work with existing clients. Some activities would include tracking budgets and deliverables associated with the work, coordinating work with clients, participating in regular and professional communications with clients, strategizing approach, and laying the groundwork for future work.

Supporting the balance of company workflow and priorities with Skeo leadership.

Interacting with subcontractors to secure expertise and support when needed to perform work required by clients.

Ensuring work is done to appropriate quality control standards and is on time and on budget across a range of unique projects.

Managing individual projects and making meaningful contributions to billable work and products.

While the position is expected to require 30-40 hours a week, there are times where it may be necessary to work more than 30-40 hours per week under tight deadlines.

All staff are expected to reflect Skeo’s operating principles: dignity, respect, compassion, integrity, and accountability.
