Piedmont Housing Alliance/Alliance Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our professional property management team and provide high-quality maintenance services at apartment communities in our growing portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate has experience providing excellent customer service and skilled, efficient property maintenance for multifamily apartments, including repairs, turns, scheduled maintenance, common area housekeeping and grounds work.
