We are seeking an experienced, self motivated, energetic Floral Designer. Experience in all types of floral design required. We are looking for dependable person(s) who work well in a team environment and are also able to work individually to reach a common goal. We believe speed and accuracy are the key to being a great designer. Portfolios are accepted and welcomed. Hands-on interview may be required to gauge skill level prior to hire. Experience in prior floral design field or florist preferred. Artistic expression is encouraged, however, understanding of traditional design techniques are required. This position is full time Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM. Applicable person(s) must be able to work these hours, and occasionally additional hours during busy seasons such as holidays and weekends. We are a family business that has been open here in Charlottesville for 34 years. We love our staff and work diligently to create an environment that facilitates growth for all designers.
