Seeking experienced dependable help. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work with tenants and trouble shoot or refer to professional when needed. Task that may come up could be replacing subfloor, changing locks, doors, minor plumbing or roof damage, inspect property after a move out, pressure wash, painting, yard work, general upkeep, and various others.
