Property maintenance

Seeking experienced dependable help. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work with tenants and trouble shoot or refer to professional when needed. Task that may come up could be changing locks, doors, winterization of plumbing, minor roof damage, inspect property after a move out, pressure wash, painting, yard work, general upkeep, and various others.
