Part time Grounds Keeper (Ivy)

We are looking for a part-time grounds keeper for an 8 acre estate.
Work will be 2 days a week and a possibility for three. This is not, nor will it become a full time position.
We are looking for an energetic, hard working individual to care for and maintain the the yard.
Duties will include:
Making sure the grounds look neat and tidy. Picking up any tree limbs and sticks that have fallen.
Driveway drainage gutters should be free of weeds(round up) and leaves.
Maintaining a weed free gravel driveway.
Mowing(use of riding mower) and lawn vacuum
Weed eating hard to mow areas
Hand Weeding flower beds and brick walls.
Clearing underneath bushes
Keeping the pool area free of debris
Watering plants in pots
Planting shrubs and flowers(spring)and removing old/ dead plants from pots.
Leaf blowing and clearing high traffic areas( courtyard, front door walk, back terrace, pool area)
The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. We are looking for someone who likes to work with others and sees the position as a team effort.
Pay is $20/per hour
Must have own transportation and be able to communicate effectivly.
Work will be from 9am to 4pm
