Maintenance person for rental properties

Maintenance and upkeep of 25 unit rental community. The preferred person would be able to work with little supervision and still meet weekly goals. Day to day scheduled routine maintenance, upkeep of community appearance, minor repairs as requested by tenants. Helpful skills would include, painting, flooring, wall repair, minor plumbing, electrical, patch roof, install appliances, add chemicals to drinking water supply, landscaping, pot hole repair, carpentry, schedule difficult jobs to outside companies and follow up they are completed. All skills listed are not necessarily required but helpful. The pay and job can grow depending on your skill set and ability to complete tasks given in a timely manner.
