Performance of general repairs and maintenance tasks for small portfolio of rental properties near Zion Crossroads. Work will include lawn maintenance during grass season using our equipment.
The hours will vary depending on whether the grass is growing, but should average 10 - 25 hours per week. If an applicant needs additional hours, we can provide 40 hours per week by having you join our crew at another location about 18 miles from Zion Crossroads to make up the additional hours, doing the same sort of general maintenance work. However, if the applicant is happy with the part time hours, that is fine with us.
This job could be just right for someone recently retired who needs to get out of the house or supplement their retirement income.
