Live-in caregiver

Posting here as Buckingham County has no Craigslist. 82 year-old woman, mobile, but frail, slight dementia/confusion, no or very little med admin, needs live in help, ideally. Downstairs unit of a home may become available for the right person and rent free in exchange for help, otherwise small upstairs bedroom may be available with private bath and shared kitchen, light food prep, help with bathing, and some housekeeping. Located in Buckingham Courthouse, 20 min from Farmville. Must be friendly and gentle. If living off sight is wanted, can negotiate pay but ideally live-in is needed. This house has two other tenants. Candidate must be respectful of others living in close quarters observing quiet times. Smoking allowed outside.
