Albemarle Baking Co. is now accepting applications to join our Pastry Team. A successful applicant should be highly motivated to work in a fast paced kitchen creating fine cakes, pastries, and tarts for a discriminating clientele. This is a skilled position for a Pastry Baker with experience in all areas of fine cakes and pastry and in organizing the work flow for the day. A successful candidate must be willing to work any days available, understand weights and measures, read and comprehend english, and have a professional understanding of of the equipment and systems of a Pastry Kitchen.
