Marie Bette Cafe & Bakery in Charlottesville, VA is looking for baristas to join our team. We are a French / European inspired bakery & cafe, serving specialty pastries, sandwiches, salads, and coffee drinks. Come join a high volume, growing business with a positive, engaging, and team-oriented work culture. We are located on 700 Rose Hill Drive in Charlottesville. Currently hiring full-time and part-time positions, experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right person.Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs and our standards Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Qualifications Curiosity to learn Ability to get along well with coworkers and to help maintain a positive work culture High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Pay depends on experience but tends to range between $16-$24/hr.Early mornings & weekend availability required.
