Duties and Responsibilities
(Subs) Responds in a timely manner to substitute requests
Arrives on time
Follows the school's policies for interaction, instruction, and discipline of children
Supports the positive work environment by communicating openly and thoughtfully with administration and staff
Flexible about placement and tasks as directed by administration and staff
Qualifications and Skills
High school degree
Good written and oral communication skills
Experience working with children
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's Degree or higher
Experience working with children in a school setting
Familiarity and/or Experience with Montessori methodology
