Design Electric, Inc. is looking for driven professional to join their Charlottesville, VA team as a Mentorship and Training Program Director.

Requirements:

Deep understanding of mentorship programs

Basic understanding of electrical trade

Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate collaboration across groups and departments

Previous experience as a mentorship director, educator, management consultant, corporate trainer, or social worker is highly desirable but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Defines and develops a mentorship program to constantly improve talent across the entire company

Facilitates programs between mentors, mentees, supervisors, office and executive team

Documents the progress of mentees mentors

Understands and can explain our company mission, vision, culture, values, and goals

Collaborates with other companies and peer groups that have a strong mentorship program
