The successful candidate will have over 10 years proven leadership experience with a construction and building & grounds maintenance background. Our diverse portfolio of 100+ buildings at multiple locations includes 500 residential units and over 300,000 square feet of commercial properties with an annual operating budget of 3 million dollars.
