Medical Support Products Inc. is a respiratory equipment dealer. In addition to selling equipment and supplies, we service and rent respiratory equipment. We have been in business since 1989, with a mission of providing great products and superior customer service in a culture of serving others and an atmosphere where employees, customers, and our community have an opportunity to flourish. Medical Support Product's corporate office is in Lancaster PA with a rental and service depot in Troy VA.

We are looking for an energetic individual to lead the Virginia branch. This includes directing the rental program and coordinating equipment service for customers served from the Virginia branch. Additionally the person in this role will work with the regional Sales Representative to provide support for existing customers and identify growth opportunities.

Job Functions:

-Direct the Virginia Branch of MSP's Equipment Rental Program:

-Direct the MSP South Branch equipment rental business. This includes making daily operational decisions within the strategy provided by MSP senior leadership to fulfill customer requests.

-Provide rental support to MSP South customers including fielding customer phone calls, coordinating and/or providing after-hours on-call service, coordinating rental equipment delivery and pick-up, coordinating billing, and other administrative and support duties required to maintain the MSP rental business from the Virginia Branch.

-Responsible for all equipment service and inventory record keeping including entry in MSP's computerized asset management and customer relationship software.

-Responsible for coordinating the cleaning and preparation of all rental equipment entering the MSP South branch.

Sales and Customer Support:

-Responsible for primary phone support for customers served from the MSP South branch. This includes support for sales, rental and service.

-Coordinate the servicing of equipment for MSP South customers by the MSP Service Department. This will include scheduling with customer and Service Department, equipment pick-up & delivery at customer site, and shipping equipment to MSP Service Department.

-Assist with parts ordering and inventory management by working with MSP's main purchaser and inventory support team.

-Assist the MSP Sales Representative assigned to the Virginia region by identifying potential new customers, creating sales quotes, coordinating sales calls, preparing sales material, and coordinating equipment delivery and training.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in customer service with emphasis in biomed service preferred.

-Must have excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

-Previous experience with a customer rental or biomed service program preferred

-Good organizational skills for record keeping.

-Must have adequate computer skills including Microsoft Office.

-Must have a current driver's license in the state of Virginia.

-Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
