Description SAIC, a leading provider of systems development & deployment, targeting & intelligence analysis, systems engineering & integration, and training capabilities and solutions for the Intelligence Community, is seeking creative and dedicated professional to fulfill their career goals and objectives while delivering mission excellence on programs of national importance. SAIC's Cyber Security InfoSec Engineer will deliver critical technical direction and recommendations to various management, operational, and security related issues, systems testing and evaluations, and implement remedial measures for security deficiencies. Utilizing Risk Management Framework (RMF) and IT Security Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes, the Cyber Security InfoSec Engineer will personally manage all efforts. SAIC's Cyber Security InfoSec Engineer will be required to evaluate systems, conduct vulnerability scans, and continuously monitor cyber security tasking tools to include XACTA, ServiceNow, Primavera, and JIRA on deployed systems while adhering to regulations and standards. These activities and requirements will be reviewed and analyzed through the creation of artifacts and documents, which will be examined during meetings with the project team, senior management, service providers, mission partners and non-technical audiences to remedy issues which arise. Qualifications Qualifications - External

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Seven (7) or more years of demonstrated experience in certification and accreditation of systems, testing, and vulnerability scanning
  • Experience with understanding Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Experience with security scanning tools
  • Experience with operating vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus, WebInspect, and AppDetective, and analyzing the results produced by those tools.
  • Experience with using XACTA to adhere accepted assessment methodologies and standards
  • Experience with systems engineering and systems development
  • Experience in Lean Agile and DevOps environments
  • Experience with documentation preparation for systems development
Optional Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Note that education can be substituted for years of relevant experience
  • Experience with monitoring tools including Centrify product suite
  • Experience with Splunk to aggregate the data collected in the auditing process.
  • Experience providing network and firewall administration
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Certifications: CISSP, CRISC, and/or SASC
