Support customer’s ability to comply with cyber security and system security requirements to safeguard sensitive data and maintain operational continuity
Support development of cyber security policies and plans to identify and respond to threats and issues in compliance with DoD regulations.
Ability to present and report to client’s and contract’s senior leaderships
Manage access controls and permissions
Implement and maintain security patches and updates
Provide incident and recovery support as necessary
Achieve and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) and Authority to Connect (ATC) for systems.
Support the OCIO/IMO with cyber security/IS security information to respond to taskers.
Maintain system, applications, and software to meet accreditation requirements of the RMF IAW DoDI 8510.01.
Ensure systems receive and maintain a full ATO/ATC for use on DoD networks
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Minimum seven (7) years of experience in Information Assurance, Cyber/Information Security
One (1) year of Certification and Accreditation and Cyber Risk Management experience
Demonstrated knowledge of network threats, attacks, and other methods of exploitation, and the ability to deploy Tactics, Techniques, Procedures (TTPs) to mitigate, deter, and respond.
Knowledge of Cyber Security practices for cloud and virtual environments
Secret clearance required.
