Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative, to be based in Chantilly, Virginia. This role primarily involves providing exceptional service to customers, in addition to proficiently handling a multitude of tasks including data entry and managing multi-line phone systems. We operate within the telecom industry and are keen to continue enhancing our customer experience.Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service in a call center environment Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints Proficiently use Microsoft Outlook and Excel for communication and data management Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and speed Answer multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages as necessary Demonstrate excellent typing skills, preferably over 60 WPM Effectively manage and resolve any customer service issues Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed targets Continually improve processes and systems to enhance the customer experience. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Strong ability to handle multi-line phone systems Excellent typing skills, with a speed of 45 - 60 WPM or over 60 WPM Experience in typing data entry tasks Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain composure Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet High school diploma or equivalent education level Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, holidays, and overtime if necessary Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
