A week in the life of a Configuration Manager:
Perform configuration management of documentation for interfacing connections including subsystems, applications, and hardware.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of laboratory rack configurations, security configurations and connections, software configurations, software image management and inventory, Information Assurance Vulnerability (IAV) updates and documentation.
Provide Configuration Management Status Information.
Job Requirements
Active Secret Clearance
5 years of experience in Configuration Management (CM) product development, review, and evaluation of hardware, software, and associated documentation
1 or more years of experience with unique CM processes for all classes of submarines
1 or more years of experience planning, coordinating, and executing comment review meetings
1 or more years of media management and delivery practices experience including developing 1149s and media transmittals
