Position Summary: This individual will assist the supervisor in the successful operation of the Thigh Debone, assuming the supervisors’ responsibilities in his/her absence. Individual will be responsible for but not limited to monitoring employees and change over of products. Will also be responsible for maintaining HACCP, SSOP’s and other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Schedule: Monday through Friday 4:30 pm-1:30 am Pay rate: $22.15 with attendance bonus and shift differential Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
