Description Responsibilities:Boston, MA (HYBRID)Legal Counsel - Provides hands-on counsel. Identifies, analyzes legal issues, drafting key documents, presenting recommendations to management, assures legal compliance.Requirements Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Comprehensive knowledge of renewable energy and related services Proficiency in general office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with office equipment, including computers, fax machines, and photocopiers Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions Professional and courteous demeanor Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
