Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Mechanic. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance on all factory equipment along with the maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance, and inspection of our fleet of 220 Tractor trailers. The role requires thorough knowledge of mechanical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance and mechanical issues.
Qualifications
Experience in equipment maintenance, Lock out tag out and adheres to all safety practices
Knowledge of trailer maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of Pneumatic systems, Hydraulics, Air brakes
MIG and Stick welding, Electrical, Plumbing
Must Have a valid Drivers License
Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
Certification or degree in a relevant field is preferred
Willingness to learn is a MUST
