Full-time Executive Project Assistant needed in a busy general contractors office.
Omnibuild is a construction company serving Floyd and surrounding areas. We are a Class A contractor building custom homes, remodels and additions, with our own electrical and plumbing tradesmen. Our work environment is professional and fast-paced, and we are also a close-knit, family-oriented team who care for and support each other.
The Executive Project Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to senior-level management, helping to coordinate construction projects, prepare documents, reports, and presentations, maintain project files, handle communications with trade partners, crew members, and vendors, coordinate with office staff for scheduling and invoicing, and a variety of other tasks. The assistant will work in the office environment and on project sites in Floyd and surrounding counties.
Ideal candidate will be highly organized with excellent communication skills, able to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment, and have experience supporting senior-level management.

Professional presentation, discretion, good with people, calm under stress, detail-oriented
Strong English and writing skills, with consistently good spelling and grammar
Able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed, able to work independently and within the team environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Quick learner, able to function within multiple computer software programs
Must be 21 or over with a valid drivers license
