Mid-Level Management - Branches Supervisor for 2 Offices - Christiansburg and Pulaski
BRIGHT SERVICES, the areas premier, full services staffing company (Temporary, Work-to-Hire, Direct Hire) has a mid-level supervisory position available, male-female.
This career supervisor/mid-level management person will be responsible for productivity-results of the New River Valley (Christiansburg and Pulaski) branch locations. Hiring, job assignments, staff training, client company relations, customer services, business development, etc. plus, planning, organizing and implementing plans (obtaining results). Position reports to area manager. Will train chosen candidate in Bright Services Systems.
Ideal candidates for this position will have 5-plus years of supervisory experience - staffing, customer services, retailing, small company management, etc. Also, must have excellent job record/references, be professional-have well dressed appearance, clean background, drug free and non-smoking.
