Job Title: Maintenance Technician - $26-$33/hourResponsibilities
Perform minor and major repairs of all material handling equipment, including AutoStore systems.
Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting procedures on conveyor systems and other mechanical equipment.
Inspect belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, grease bearings and seals, and repair or replace broken parts.
Coordinate with external contractors/vendors for building system maintenance.
Complete and maintain records of maintenance procedures.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including HAZMAT records.
Respond to management and internal customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Operate a computer to control and monitor mechanical equipment and utility systems.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
Perform outside custodial duties, such as snow removal.
Obtain estimates for supplies and repair parts; order parts as needed.
Make recommendations to improve maintenance programs.
Operate powered lift equipment and support equipment lockout/tagout.
Perform other duties as assigned.
