Essential Functions:Serve as the primary testing representative on cross functional project teams delivering:Impact assessment to current testing processes and policiesNegotiate on behalf of the testing team for tools, training, and support commitments.Develop and deliver training to global testing teamDevelop/Maintain transaction and automation scriptsDevelop/maintain clear testing project documentationFunction as a global SME for assigned areas of expertise including:Collaborate with developers and QA leads to improve testability, automation, and toolsIdentify and troubleshoot system issues working with functional/development as requiredProvide ongoing guidance and knowledge to less tenured GCT employees.Coordinate and collaborate with a globally distributed team.Responsible for own workflow assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines. Must face the unknown with fearless determination create repeatable process.Understanding of Visa's release process is preferred.This is a hybrid position.
