- Serving as the subject matter expert and consultant, as a member of inter-agency teams addressing how to best write and edit a wide range of critical infrastructure related materials.
- Preparing plans, policies, strategies and original papers, articles, or reports in scientific, technical, or professional fields based on research, observation, and interviews with experts and program officials.
- Using methodologies to provide qualitative evaluations of products that provide comprehensive feedback to analysts and NICC leadership.
- Developing procedural manuals and policy papers which document the full range of publishing processes and procedures.
- Collaborating with other government and NPPD offices and activities, DHS, agencies, and directorates on policy, planning, scheduling, preparation, verification, and printing of publications.

- You must be able to obtain and hold a Top Secret/ SCI security clearance.
- Current Federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements.
