- Reviewing existing and proposed strategies, as well as developing strategies to support and align with organizational cyberspace and infrastructure security missions and initiatives.
- Developing and utilizing methods to identify opportunities to drive systemic change by catalyzing "force multiplying" initiatives, while establishing and maintaining important communication channels with stakeholders.
- As the SME, supporting SPP leadership with CISA's forward-looking strategies, policies, approaches, and implementation activities.
- Providing advice, coaching, and guidance to SPP leadership to resolve, implement, manage, and influence strategy and policy issues, to improve the nation's capability and capacity to detect, prevent, respond, and mitigate disruptions of critical infrastructure by physical and cyber risks.
- Researching, analyzing, interpreting, and developing material to support strategic activities and promote outcomes.
- Conducting successful coordination with partners, including senior level agency and interagency officials and stakeholders to attain and implement CISA and SPP mission priorities, goals, and outcomes, while maintaining and promoting information sharing that enables effective and efficient SPP mission execution and advances teamwork.
- Attending high-level, intra-agency and interagency meetings on behalf of the SPP leadership and promptly reports all key points, identifies strategic options, and follows up on action items assigned.
- Represents the Agency's interests at interagency meetings on a variety of controversial, complex, and often classified subjects involving cyber and infrastructure security and resilience issues.
- Applying mastery of knowledge in mission areas, integrating programmatic planning and operations to improve the nation's capability and capacity to detect, prevent, respond, and mitigate disruptions of critical infrastructure by physical and cyber risks.
- Processing complex sets of factors and alternatives, based on CISA's unique authorities and leadership priorities, to shape national strategy, while operating in a dynamic and evolving environment that is constrained by priorities, policy, fiscal considerations, and time constraints.

- Are you a current or former federal employee?
