The Global Reliability Maintenance Engineering team (GRT) is seeking an exceptionally talented, smart, and driven equipment Early Lifecycle Manager (ELM) to work closely with the development and deployment of new technology and legacy equipment. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.You will serve as the subject matter expert on the technical aspects of new technology programs, deeply understanding the challenges and solutions to drive informed decision-making. Simultaneously, you will navigate the complex web of stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and alignment to ensure coordinated execution. Owning the deployment process, you will be the primary new technologies point of contact for the RME field, developing comprehensive plans and proactively addressing customer-facing issues. Additionally, you will leverage agile and lean methodologies to manage the full lifecycle of these new technology deployment programs, overseeing cross-functional teams and providing regular progress updates to leadership.This role is a mix of a technical program manager and a deployment manager, where you will need to engage with technology owners, understand the technical issues associated with each program, and have excellent stakeholder management skills to navigate the complexity and ambiguity of the scope. You will have the autonomy and customer obsession to ensure the RME field has all the information they need, and you will be responsible for leading and dealing with escalations. Technical Ownership:

○ Deeply understand the technical challenges, interdependencies, and solutions associated with each initiative to drive informed decision-making.○ Identify and proactively address potential technical roadblocks or risks that could impact project timelines and deliverables.

Stakeholder Management:

○ Navigate the complex web of stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, leadership, and the RME field.○ Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and alignment across all stakeholders to ensure a unified vision and coordinated execution.○ Manage escalations and resolve issues at the highest levels, demonstrating strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Deployment Ownership:

○ Serve as the primary point of contact for the RME field, ensuring they have access to all the information and support they need for a successful deployment.○ Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive deployment plans, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and adapting to changing requirements.○ Proactively identify and address any customer-facing issues or concerns, maintaining a relentless focus on customer obsession.○ Provide regular progress updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to leadership, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.Amazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children. 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules

Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline, with a strong understanding of technology and new product introduction.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
