This leader will work cross functionally to build new processes and payment mechanisms for fleet maintenance that will materially improve the Delivery Service Provider experience, build maintenance and repair relationships that will help strengthen fleet condition. The Sr Program Manager will work with partner technology teams to develop, build, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for a Central Operations team to administer our fleet programs for positive end-to-end Delivery Service Provider experience. This leader will drive performance and potential through data analysis, to include sourcing data, defining key metrics, converting data into easily-digestible metrics reports, and publication of key opportunities for improvement, along with suggested actions to improve. The SR PM will ensure that data/metrics and the manner in which they are presented tells the correct stories and will help turn those stories into improvements to the products.The Sr Program Manager will lead tech integration to simplify the portals and tools used by our Delivery Service Partners to service their fleet. 5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
