We are here today, will be here tomorrow, and are a thriving community of over 2,000 risk management professionals.This is just one of the several exciting career opportunities that are currently available.Job Summary:The Project Manager- Operational Priorities, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of operational projects as well as critical initiatives that support a globally diverse and entrepreneurial-focused organization. The Manger plays an important role by partnering with stakeholders to assess and prioritize each project based on value, urgency, and impact to the organization.Essential Functions:

Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

Manage the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of assigned projects.

Lead meaningful critical initiatives as well as more operational projects.

Partner with stakeholders to assess and prioritize each project based on value, urgency, and impact to the organization.

Ensure end-to-end project management aligns with organizational strategies.

Apply project management skills, leadership, and subject matter expertise to ensure the on-scope, on-time, and on-quality execution and launch of projects.

Coordinate and motivate the necessary resources to deliver projects within time and budget constraints.

Drive proactive opportunities and risk management activities including the escalation of critical issues to key stakeholders.

Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including project kick-offs, weekly status meetings, risk assessments, and additional meetings or workshops, as required.

Ensure timely and accurate entry and maintenance of project data.

Maintain regular communication within the PMO and across the organization.

Drive data-driven decisions and solutions.

All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in project management, business, marketing, or communications with at least ten years of direct large scale/complex project management or experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. PMP certification, preferred.

Advanced understanding PMBOK, Agile, Prince2, and Scrum project management methodologies.

Able to create and present professional level documents and presentations.

Able to build project management processes and follow established processes.

Comfortable in challenging the status quo.

Able to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Able to understand audience differences and appropriately communicate, both written and verbal.

Able to effectively coach and mentor other Project Managers.

Able to influence without authority.

Client focused and results driven.

Able to work in a fast-paced and engaging environment, under multiple deadlines and competing priorities.

Computer skills; Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Regular computer usage.

Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.

Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
