AWS is seeking a customer-obsessed Program Manager to join the Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team.In this role, you will join a dynamic team to develop cutting-edge products to drive innovation and automation in Private Pricing. The Program Manager, 3PX is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations. This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing repeatable processes, creating and managing metrics, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and program and process changes. Through this work, you will play an instrumental role in building the Private Pricing Program brand, driving awareness and adoption, and increasing deal count and velocity.The ideal candidate works independently, seeking guidance as needed. With a solid understanding of the business problems, tools, workflows, and the interdependencies that pertain to Private Pricing, you make connections and make sure the right people are part of the conversation. You solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks). You oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to failure risks and effectively communicate impacts. You measure success by impact (vs. size of effort), and continuously inspect both approach and output to incrementally raise the bar over time.Key job responsibilities

Define, create, and own project plans for project, portfolio, and product prioritization and implementation

Partner with leadership to define success metrics and criteria and align with internal stakeholders to achieve

Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects, proactively assessing and resolving project risks as they are encountered

Own communications and processes to continually update relevant business stakeholders of project status

Deliver on time, in budget, and ensure all projects

meet success parameters and ROI targets stated in business case

Define, measure, and analyze post-launch metrics to continuously optimize design and end-to-end experience

Bachelor's degree

3+ years of program or project management experience

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

PMP

The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
