Operations SpecialistPAE is seeking Lead Radio Control Room Personnel to support various clients in the DC area. Duties and responsibilities listed below are not mutually exclusive.Duties and Responsibilities:- Distribute and collect all comms equipment on a daily basis
- Provide general troubleshooting to all comms devices (cell phones and radios) and escalate problems as needed
- Maintain detailed inventory records that fulfill all customer reporting requirements (est. $2.2+ total equipment cost), including tracking new and removing old assets
- Provide IT support (desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, etc.) for all unclassified systems.
- Assist with AV support
- Work with facilities and client personnel to purchase new equipment
- Interact with IC cadre to provide feedback on comms equipment to PAE staff and the client
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field
- Highschool Diploma or higher
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance and in small dynamic teams often under time-constraints
- US government issued Top Secret security clearance required at time of application
