Title:Logistics SpecialistBelong, Connect, Grow, with KBR!Program SummaryKBR requires a Logistics Specialist to support F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Program Office Logistics (LOG) Information Systems (IS) Delivery Stream planning and execution activities.  The F-35 LOG IS Delivery Stream is responsible to ensure IS are fully integrated across the F-35 weapons system enterprise to meet the demands of a growing fleet of aircraft fielded around the world. This highly complex mission area requires specialized skills and expertise. Job SummaryThe candidate should be a dedicated Logistics Specialist with a strong background in defense logistics and Air Force operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Defense Logistics Agency and a deep understanding of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Section 142. They should be well-versed in managing Air Force consumable items and have prior experience working with the Air Force Joint Program Office.Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage logistics operations in compliance with the NDAA 142 requirements.

Oversee the procurement and distribution of Air Force consumable items.

Collaborate with the Air Force Joint Program Office to streamline logistics processes.

Maintain accurate data in Air Force Interchangeability and Substitutability Data Files (D043).

Utilize the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) for logistics planning and support.

Access and interpret Federal Logistics Data (FEDLOG) for decision-making.

Implement Integrated Logistics System Supply (ILS-S) strategies for optimal resource allocation.

Operate the Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) to track maintenance activities.

Employ Web Federal Logistics Information Systems for comprehensive logistics management.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor of Applied Science in Logistics Management or related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with the Defense Logistics Agency.

Proficiency in Air Force logistics systems including D043, ALIS, FEDLOG, ILS-S, IMDS, and WebFLIS.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with NDAA Section 142 compliance.

Prior work with the Air Force Joint Program Office.
