Serve as a primary finance leader for Advertising within Amazon Fresh Finance team,
Directly lead planning and forecasting cycles for Worldwide Grocery Store Ads,
WWGS Ads P&L oversight and management, steering business decisions to achieve optimal growth and profitability alignment,
Foster collaborative partnerships with business and ad sales teams across Fresh NA, WFM, and International to identify opportunities and calibrate entitlements effectively,
Delivering insightful Month End narratives. Coordinate closely with FP&A to ensure accurate portrayal of the Ads business narrative.
Coach more junior team members across the organization.

5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
4+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
MBA, or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base pay for this position ranges from $81,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market.
