Executive Assistant to CEO Start: ASAPContracted position for 2-3 months- potential to go on permanent based off of performances Job Description:· Manage CEO’s calendar, business expenses via Workday, and travel reservationso Coordinate with meeting contact for logistics/speaking timeso Coordinate with travel agent for CEO’s travel logisticso Calendar all meeting requests via Outlook · Partner with Executive Administrative Assistant to COO to welcome and direct visitors as they enter the Executive Suite Desired Skill Sets:· Administrative experience (scheduling, calendaring, office management, documentation management)· Microsoft outlook suite of products· Managing travel logistics· Familiar with WorkDay a plusSchedule requirements:· Full-time in office (NOT hybrid) , 8 hours a day (Standard hours are 9-5) but can be flexible About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
