Cybersecurity Engineer II

The Red Gate Group is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer II to support DARPA's Adaptive Capabilities Office (ACO). The ACO collaborates with military services to develop innovative solutions for critical national security challenges. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and vetting of new architectural solutions combining emerging technologies and advanced warfighting constructs. Your work will involve modeling, simulation, and experimentation to establish new doctrines, concepts of operations, and technologies for joint, highly integrated capabilities.Responsibilities:Prepare, implement, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, including Assessment and Authorization requirements.Plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor cybersecurity measures to enhance cyber defense and maintain a resilient network.Assess cybersecurity vulnerabilities, propose remediation actions or risk mitigation strategies, and ensure appropriate security controls.Respond to security breaches, re-establish protections, and generate required reports.
