The below job descriptionprovides details on how this role will help to serve our clients.Join our team at The Red Gate Group as a Continuity Management Professional supporting the Acquisition Policy & Innovation (API) Directorate within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition and Sustainment) (OUSD(A&S)). In this critical role, you will play a key role in enhancing continuity planning and crisis management capabilities for OUSD(A&S).Your responsibilities will include providing analytic support in continuity planning, training, exercise development and execution, strategy development, readiness reporting, and crisis management support. You will ensure compliance with DoD continuity directives and policies, implementing guidelines outlined in DoD Instruction 3020.42 and DoD Directive 3020.26.In addition, you will collaborate closely with the OUSD(A&S) Continuity Program Manager to maintain a robust and integrated continuity program that safeguards essential functions and enhances response and recovery capabilities during emergencies.This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to national defense readiness and resilience. Active Top Secret Clearance

Defense or Federal Continuity Management Experience

Effective verbal and oral communicator

Able to effectively brief Flag Officers, General Officers, Senior Executive Service members

At least two years experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Explorer, Edge, SharePoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Professional

Experience with CATMS, CHARRTS, GLADIS

Physically/ mentally/ emotionally able to fly via helicopter, including unassisted entry and exit of a running aircraft
