We’re currently hiring to support a cybersecurity focused organization on the planning, development, and implementation of virtual and in-person meetings and conferences. In this role, you will coordinate major events, conferences, and meetings related to cybersecurity.Location: The position is a hybrid role and on-site work will be conducted in Arlington, VA.Key Responsibilities:

Develop work plans and track milestones and timelines for multiple internal and external events simultaneously

Oversee and facilitate all aspects of meeting planning: ordering supplies, printing/packing/shipping of materials, registration, and marketing outreach

Work collaboratively with graphic designer on creating and editing meeting programs, signage, and other promotional or event materials

Support virtual and in-person meeting planning including coordination of pre-meeting needs, all day of needs, and follow up needs for reporting and lessons learned, and ensuring that we meet all milestones and deadlines

Support on site event management: meeting logistics (including audiovisual rental, signage, and material preparation), onsite staffing, and post-event reporting

Draft a variety of communication deliverables and products that support the mission

Create and edit documents, reports, and presentations, using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Support teams on complex programs and ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met

Interact with clients and ICF senior leadership, as well as other key stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. citizen (contractual requirements)

Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

3+ years event and/or communications experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Strong team orientation with a focus on collaboration

Energetic, self-starter and resourceful problem solver

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities

Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities

Ability to work independently under own direction and initiative

Experience supporting a Government agency in an onsite or hybrid position

Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams)

Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and concepts
