- Manage the day-to-day aspects of IT Operations projects (may include multiple projects) with regard to scope, schedule, resources and budget
- Participate in planning with IT Operations
- Provide customer input represented in both technical and business terms with descriptive requirements to ensure the value of the project is realized
- Create end user and internal IT Operations team documentation
- Create and drive project plans to optimize resources
- Coordinate activities of sub-teams
- Document and communicate status, issues, and risks in a timely manner to project team and senior management
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- 3+ years’ experience in IT focused projects or equivalent required.
- Outstanding oral & written communications skills and an ability to articulate complex information in a simplified manner.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Project Management software, preferably Celoxis.
