Description Robert Half Management Resources is seeking an Interim AP Manager or Supervisor immediately. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading accounts payable to ensure the timely and accurate payment of vendor and other disbursements in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. The Accounts Payable expert will assist with maintaining supporting documentation and implementing proper internal controls; supervise staff and monitor workflow, productivity and establish performance metrics for standards. Daily tasks include but not limited to
Reviewing and approving batches
Month/year end close experiences
Troubleshooting errors in Workday and working with administrator to resolve
Management reporting
Expert experience with Workday Procurement and AP functions
Adding and updating work tags as well as knowledge of Supplier Master functions
Development and/or maintenance of AP Policies and Procedures
Additional AP and Vendor Management projects as directed by the Controller and Director of Accounting
Requirements
Requirements:
5+ years of Accounts Payable experiences including weekly check run, healthcare billing, and troubleshooting exceptions
Bachelor's degree in accounting or in a related field is required
2+ years of supervisory experience is required.
2+ years of working with Workday AP and Procurement Modules
Workday implementation experiences are highly preferred
