- Support special projects across the Controllership organization including process automation and optimization efforts
- Support Pre and Post Merger Integration Activities
- Analyze reporting data across various finance business systems
- Support design, implementation, and testing of reporting in coordination with Finance and IT
- Perform root cause analysis on escalate issues/defects
- Support financial system testing on an as needed basis
- Support initiative to track, manage and resolve AFS suspense
- U.S. Citizenship Required is required for this role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Operational Processes within Accounting/Finance environment
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, SUMIFs, Data Analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Financial system testing experience
- Experience in one or more of the following process areas: Record to Report, Sales to Cash, Requisition to Pay, Forecasting, Budgeting & Pricing, and Time and Expense
- Exposure to Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Ability to lead small defined initiative, effort, processes, etc.
- Process improvement experience
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint, Deltek T&E, Congnos Enterprise Reporting (CER) and/or Concur
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
