HII employees continuously rise to the challenge of setting the highest standard of professional and ethical conduct and perform in concert with our company slogan "Hard Stuff Done Right".We are in need of a motivated Model-Based Systems Engineer 3 to support our Mission Technologies Division, which has over 100 facilities worldwide and provides capabilities to support an all-domain force that includes artificial intelligence and machine learning, autonomous systems, critical nuclear operations, LVC systems, cyberspace strategies, and platform modernization.Essential Job Responsibilities- Employs a formalized application of modeling to support system requirements, design, analysis, verification and validation activities beginning in the conceptual design phase and continuing throughout development and later lifecycle phases.
- These models are system relationship models and are useful for showing relationships among system functions, requirements, developers, and users.
- This role supports subtasks for the Offensive Cyber Operations & Non Kinetics capability area.
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- TS/SCI or TS with SCI eligibility clearance
- 6+ years of experience in Industrial Security. Beginning with U.S. Army responsible for division-level personnel security clearance actions for roughly 15,000 soldiers.
- Deployment action within the Pacific Theater AOR and conducted research on enemy nation capabilities.
